1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Setvia ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Who can use Setvia
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Setvia. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Permitted business types
Setvia is designed to serve a wide range of legitimate small businesses — beauty, wellness, food, fitness, professional services, education, and more.
The following business categories are NOT permitted on Setvia:
- Alcohol-serving businesses
- Pork-focused businesses
- Tobacco and smoking products
- Drugs and recreational substances
- Adult and sexual content
- Gambling and betting
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be operating outside these categories, with or without notice. Subscription fees for terminated accounts within the most recent billing period may be refunded at our sole discretion.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information about your business and to update it as needed.
5. Content you upload
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Setvia (logos, photos, descriptions, customer data, etc.). By uploading, you grant Setvia a limited license to display this content on your business page and use it to operate the Service.
You agree NOT to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of your customers
- Promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination
6. Subscription and payment
Setvia offers paid subscription plans. You will be charged the subscription fee for the plan you select on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. AI-generated content
Setvia uses AI to help generate content for your business page (descriptions, legal templates, etc.). This content is generated as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing to ensure accuracy. AI-generated legal documents are not legal advice — consult an attorney for binding guidance.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Setvia, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep Setvia available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including operating in non-permitted categories.
11. Limitation of liability
Setvia is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
